For a company party or event, you need to prepare more. With catering, you have to get your own tablecloths, cutlery and glasses. In addition, I recommend bringing/renting benches/tables and a large tent, because there is no place to hang out outside. There is no heating in the rooms and none of the table lamps have bulbs.
